Feedback Moderators: How to add Feedback without Mod Toolbar

Every celebrity's page has a number at the top, in my example it's "153". Angelina Jolie's is 1011. Basically it's the number after the "fanmail.biz/" and before the "".html" in the URL of the celebrity's address page.

I really should of looked closer, before I thought you put Moderator in the bar, looking back it was already there
