Live in the US...but wanna send for an Autograph overseas

I recently began attempting to collect autographs from some of my favorite stars. I have accquired a few already but would Like to send a few over seas, I live in the US and IRC are no longer used...So question... Are there any US collectors that have a suggestion or words of wisdom for me.

Please anything you can do just point me in the right direction thanks so much everyone

Hi! I live in Paraguay, and here there are no IRCs neither. You could buy foreign stamps online, or maybe buy them from somebody else. I usually send cash! Good luck!

You can buy or trade stamps in the For Sale/Exchange section on here with another member.
You can look up and see which postal websites ship abroad.
You can send currency from the celebrity's country along with your letter.
