I am from the US, but I know what to do. You have 2 choices. Go on eBay and buy US stamps, each worth 45 cents, or call local post offices to see which ones have IRCs. Then get the ones for the US, tape it to your SASE and mail it and wait. Good luck! {up}
Favorite successes: Julia Louis-Dreyfus ( authentic ), Roseanne Barr ( Authentic ), Patricia Heaton ( authentic ), Angela Kinsey ( authentic), Maggie smith ( authentic ), James hong ( authentic ) Doris Roberts ( authentic) Bill Cosby (Authentic), Alec Baldwin ( authentic ).
Most wanted: Anne Hathaway, Mila Kunis, Kaley Cuoco, Rachel Weisz, Michael Richards, Jason isaccs, Alan rickman, Kirstie alley, Bette Midler, Ellen degeneres, Miley cyrus, Demi lovato, Ashley tisdale, Beyoncé Knowles, and Britney spears ( Real. )

Write out two envelopes- one to yourself and one to the celeb.

Write out your letter and include a picture if you are sending one.

For the envelope to yourself, you either need to put sufficient US postage stamps (you can buy through the autograph exchange/sale section on the forum here, I recommend Bri0626) onto it, or include $2-3 in US $1 bills, these can be obtained via Post Office, Bank, Travel Agents. If sending cash then make sure it is concealed and something like "money for postage" post-it note or include something in your letter.

Seal up everything in the envelope to the celeb, and take it to a Post Office, who will weigh it and charge the correct amount.

Please disregard the above post because you cannot buy IRC's in the UK.

There is an Autograph sale/exchange section on the forum here, where a few people sell them but personally I would use Bri0626.

Without knowing the size & weight of your item I can't be exact, but it will have to be stamps to the value of $1.10 minimum (currently $1.05 but prices go up in 2 weeks). I always put on $2-$2.20 worth (depending on which value stamps i've got) because I may have underestimated the cost/US postal service very confusing or it takes so long to come back the prices rise, so I don't have to worry about that.

I would say that £12/13GBP would be sufficiant for $20USD
the PO dont charge Commision so they are ur best bet.

And no the PO dont have a Minimum as i exchanged £2 for roughly $5 and they was fine with that.

IRC are no longer avalible in the UK.

I have had Many successes with the Dollar method if you prefer stamps i recommend Bri who sells stamps on the exchange
