I have also stopped sending international fan mail unless I really like the band/actor/actress etc. As a student I can not afford the £1.10 for the IRC's. I really want to get the cast of CSI but i believe when i go over to america next i'll do it then.

Could anyone tell me what the IRC redemption value is for Hong Kong, and how many I should include for an A4 package, approx 40g to the UK?

IRC's in Finland cost 1.70 e, don't know about the redeem value..
