Hello, Josh. I’m Shane, 19-year-old sophomore, from Taiwan. I’m your biggest fan of your films Transformers. And Transformers is very popular here in Taiwan and is probably the coolest film I’ve ever seen. It’s really my pleasure to write this letter to you because you are a Captain William Lennox! What a hero! You really fit this character very well. I think no other actors can do any better than you did. Transformers couldn’t be complete without you – Captain William Lennox. And I can’t wait to see your next film, When in Rome. Is that right?
After ‘google’ you on the internet, I found you are very tall and I was just like ‘Geez, 6’ 3”…I’m just 5’ 9”. That’s not fair…’ But it’s almost impossible for a 19-year-old boy like me to get any taller. I also found that you love playing basketball, football, golf and enjoy skiing. It’s very cool that you played quarterback for the university's football team. I love football as well! I love ‘watching’ football games haha. It’s hard to find a place to play football here. Maybe it is because football isn’t very popular here in Taiwan. We tend to play basketball and baseball more. But actually, you know, I don’t fine baseball interesting. But I watch basketball games sometimes. I know what you are thinking now! You must be thinking ‘Shane, you should do more exercise. Stop being a couch potato!’ Ok ok I know. I’m trying. Now I go to gym about twice a week to work out. Because I’ve already got tired of hearing my parents say ‘You are really too thin.’ So I decided to change myself to become a real man like you hahaha. I know you are very fit and I want to be like that. That motivates me not to give up. I remember you are also a great model! You won the title of Male Model of the Year in an International Modeling and Talent Association in 1997. Wow, that’s very cool. Of course, most importantly, you are a fantastic actor at the same time - a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actor for your portrayal of Leo du Pres. That's freaking cool as well! Next stop: Oscar!!!
Do you know about Taiwan? Maybe you don’t know that much. It’s near Japan. You’ve been to Japan, right? I really hope that one day you can come to Taiwan for your new film. If you come, I would head for the airport to see you in person! I would know how tall you really are if I have a chance to stand beside you and take some pictures with you haha.
I’m sorry if my hand-writing is hard for you to read or my English is not easy for you to understand. That’s because English is not my language. I’ve learned it for just few years. I’ve tried my best. I can write Chinese if you want lol haha.
I was wondering, if it’s not too much trouble, Could I have your autograph? If so, thank you! It will be my first, one and only autograph. Actually, I’ve never sent a letter to any other movie star like this. You are the first one!! Besides, can you write something to me as a reply? I know you must be very busy but…that’s just my wish.

and i was creeped out by it
1st paragraph--> talk about you. what grade are you in, what do you like to do, what are your future plans?
2nd paragraph--> talk about them a bit...not too muc...say you enjoyed their film...think they are a great actor...
3rd paragraph--> ask politely for an autograph. don't list off every fact about their like

there you go....look at some other ecamples on fanmail....it should work out better...youre off to a good start....

First Part Should Be About You Like (Ur Name...What You Plan To Do After School....SMALL Things Like That)...

Second PArt Should Be About Why You Like The Actor Or Singer....Why They Inspire You And ALL That Other Good Stuff......

it will be really helpful in deciding content, length, style, ect.

btw...your letter should be a tad bit more formal than "Do you know about Taiwan? Maybe you don’t know that much. It’s near Japan. You’ve been to Japan, right? I really hope that one day you can come to Taiwan for your new film. If you come, I would head for the airport to see you in person! "

youre new...so no worries...but a letter like that is enough to get a restraining order put out if he goes to the country you live in.
