* To avoid controversy and speculation that the previous film went under, Zac Efron's voice was not blended with Andrew Seeley's. In songs featuring all cast members, Monique Coleman and Corbin Bleu are included, unlike in the first movie.

* What Time Is It?, the first song in the movie, took three days to shoot and 200 extras, most of whom were handpicked Utah residents.

* The cast wrapped up filming on April 13, 2007 and have since returned home.
