I bought this recently from ebay.co.uk and got it today for my birthday, is it authentic? It's not preprinted.

I think whoever she signed it to originally, had time to write a good signature.

Compared to authentic examples the L and G are not the same, but it's pretty close. Not sure why someone would forge Lady Gaga though.. is it really worth that much?
