Lewis Hamilton TTM autographs discussion

Unread post by lizane »

Hello! ;-)

I know many of you wonder about the authenticy of recent Lewis Hamilton TTM successes received via Corporatec. So, below is a detailed comparison I made for you to compare to. {thumb2}

First off, as always, in person examples:

The above autographs belong to the member Jay-1802 - he met some F1 driver at the British F1 Grand Prix this year.

Now, a TTM success pre-Formula 1. {up} The below autograph was received before Lewis joined F1:

This autograph belongs to allhahaheehee (Emma) - I hope it's ok that I used your photo, if you want it taken down, just pm me! {thumb2}

Also, here's two other TTM Lewis autographs, a preprint and an authentic example:
Preprint received on 14 April 2008:

Authentic received on 9 November 2007:

The above autograph is my own.

And now, recent success received TTM via the Corporatec address in the database:
The following was received 16 July 2008:

Firstly, the handwriting doesn't really look the same, why would he write much neater now that he's so famous as before he joined F1? :? Compare to Emma's authentic - his letters aren't that wide... Also, and I think this proves it's secretarial, the autograph itself. He never signs "Lewis", it's always, as seen in the first few pics, just "L__s". And now suddenly he has the time to neatly signs "Lewis '08"? :? The form of the autograph also doesn't look right to me, it's too smooth. The loop of the "L" is too big.

My opinion: successes via Corporatec is secretarial. {down} Please feel free to post your thought and opinions here too, but no arguements! {thumb2}

zanne

Hiya,
yes i agree,
i got an autograph for my friend through there, i havn't posted it yet though, but the writing was exactly like robert's TTM autograph, so I thought, hmm, ill try again and get one for myself! and when I recieved it yesterday it was completely different writing. so i'm going with secretarial.
let me know for scans!

Thanks Nicole! {thumb2} Yes, it would be very helpful if you could perhaps post your autograph too. {up} Also, I forgot to add, Lewis' handwriting seems very easy to fake, so one rather have to look carefully at the signature itself, and that's when I noticed it's sec. :(

Lewis is one of the most popular sportmen at the moment so he would never have time to reply so ferquently, he's in a different country each weekend!

Thanks Nicole! ;-) Unfortunately both autographs seems too round, compare to the in person ones and you'll see what I mean. {thumb2} The inscriptions are also secretarial it seems. :?

Thanks,

No problem, I see what you mean!!!
Its pretty stupid really - I might even write in and complain. Why do it all secreterelly (Cant spell) I might as well just sign it myself!
Anyway thanks to you too,

I thought they were authentic - hence the reason I wrote. But after discussing it with the isitreal guys (among others) I'm now 90% convinced they're secretarial, despite the fact that the successes tend to come when Lewis is in the country. A shame, as I didnt think he'd go this way so quickly.

All this is hardly surprizing, when Lewis loves to play the spoiled little boy, whose main interest is guess it....Oh dear it Lewis Hamilton.

Outside of winning every race ever, I dont think an lot more goes though his mind, his been around all of five mins, and his autographs are already secs {down} {down}

Thanks for your thoughts, Andy and autoland! {up} I guess I can now add him to the "Secretarial" list. {down}
