lol that "authentication company" is a joke. They have been known as a fraud company, and have "passed" thousands of fakes. They aren't real, stop trying to convince yourself or others that they are authentic.

I don't understand. Why is it unfair? You didn't see the autograph being signed so why do you assume it's authentic? That makes no sense.

@nicksautographs they're still going to believe the TTMs are authentic even if Colin himself tells them they're not. I give up lol...

I mean if someone believes that they're authentic, fine. It's really not your problem, is it??
We can't proof it for 100% anyways. the one side will say yes the other no, and like this it'll go on for months...

You make a very valid point that you can't prove it. But I (and many others) do feel it is a problem to post feedback and state it is a success when in fact it possibly is not. Many collects don't want PP, AP, Stamp or SEC autographs in their collection. Sending out a request takes a lot of time, effort and money. It is a shame when some puts together a request (writes a thoughtful letter, makes a custom card or buys an 8x10, trades or purchases IRC or stamps) and gets a fake autograph in return just because they saw a request and a bunch of people said amazing request and no one points out that it possibly could be fake. I know you should do your own research, but many people come to this site for that reason. This site has many new collectors and by doing that you are not educating them. It is a shame. {down} {down} {down}

You are totally right, but look, I'm member on this this site for 2 and a half years and read through sooo many authenticity discussions.
Best examples: John Travolta, Robin Williams...
Both send out fakes, but some people still believe that they are authentic and you can tell them twice, no thousands of times that they are not right, but they most of the time don't change their mind.
I know I'm a pessimist and some guys may even change their mind, yeah... :roll:
But I just don't want a new (senseless) discussion to begin again.

Anyway, the main reason of my previous post was, that I think Colins are real.

Let the discussion go on man... 8)

I think discussions like this are very important & helpful to people looking to send requests. When I am thinking of writing to someone I search the feedback forums and if there is any mention of sec, ap, pp etc.... I do not send a request. Unfortunately I got duped with a sec yesterday by another Colin(Farrell). There was no feedback I saw saying his were sec so I made sure it was discussed in my thread.

As for member nicksautographs are you the same nicksautographs who sells Doris Day ttm on eBay as verified PSA in person authentics?? I have no problem if you wanna sell on eBay but her autographs are sec and they were not obtained in person as she does not even make public appearances anymore. You are also selling several other stars who only sign t as in person as well. Just be honest about what you are selling!

I haven't read the replies yet, but I believe they are authentic. I don't think he's the type to dupe his fans, much like John Travolta... although that is a possibility. I just don't think we can know for sure unless someone meets him and asks him. But I had a million reasons to believe why Travolta's were authentic, and if I thought about it long enough I'd come up with enough for Firth's.
