I think they will have been sworn to secrecy about the address, I had a similar experience with another actor recently who was reachable via Equity but I emailed the actor through his website and he said he'd not had anything from them. I was then given his home address and 9 days later my signed photo came through the post. It's now up on the wall in a frame.
