Thanks for the response. I did mail an envelope to myself and received it in two days. It's just weird that I would receive at least one reply a week steadily and then all of a sudden nothing for a full year!

I tend to agree with gww.

Call up the agency internationally and ask if she is still a client of theirs. If not, they may be able to redirect you. I received two photos signed by her but that was last year.
