Looks fake to me from the other signatures that I have seen. It was probably to her secretary's private address and not actually Katy Perry's. Hope you can get it past JSA or PSA/DNA but that is unlikely they would accept it. It's not fake.. I've seen her signature MANY times and it's just like it....
