I'm sure they requested a BLANK playbill - most theatre's don't send out blanks like this.

Billie won't be in the Playbill, but will have an insert -- not sure if in his fanmail if he'll include it or not, since he is afterall part of the Creative team!

Awesome I saw this last week we stood outside the stage door and met every one but Nathan and Bebe stayed inside cause it was a matinee and they wanted to stay inside until the next show but I'm going again soon to a night performance so hopefully I'll meet them then but congrats I love this musica...

As Ryan said, 100% NO - there are no playbills left.

You can, however, purchase an opening night playbill (perhaps $10-$50 depending how many are left) from Playbill.com, then send it to Daniel Radcliff, especially seeing as he is returning to Broadway in February/March (I forget) 2011.
