yeah i guess you can send an envelope that small but you would have to provide your own pic the celeb won't. celebrities normally send pics in 9X12 envelopes so Hope you have a pic of the celeb your writing to I agree with ChattyGirl247 {up} very rare i've seen a celeb send pictures that would fit ...
