Found this last week at a Sports Collectible Store. Owner said it was drawn in his comic shop in Savannah, Georgia circa 1983/1984. Thought I would share.

I also got to meet Mr. Grell at the Fanboy Expo in Knoxville. I got a 11x17 Green Arrow Profile sketch for $50 and I have to say it is pretty awesome.
