Since you're doing e-mails couldn't you just send to all of them? I've done that with some cheerleaders here in the U.S. I've only gotten back a few but it might be different for you since you're asking for something that's specifically designed to be sent to the fans. Good luck.

I'm pretty new also and have never done Via Venue but I would tend to go for the fan mail address since that's more of a permanent thing. Depending on how long he's at the venue your letter may not get there in time if it's coming from Russia. Just my thoughts.
