I just received the same photo with the exact same signature. I'm confident it's a preprint or autopen. The signature looks a bit pixelated to me.

On 4/1/14, Sent LOR and SASE to Carol Burnett c/o Kalola Productions address in database. RTS on 4/14/14

On 3/31/14 sent letter, card and SASE to Rick Cerone. Returned on 4/8/14. RTS - "Forward Time Expired. Rick Cerone 26 Ocean Ter Apt B2 Long Branch, NJ 07740-2503". No scanner.

On 3/31/14 sent letter and baseball card to Dennis Rasmussen (the Palmira Avenue address in the database). Received back 4/8/14 RTS "Attempted - not Known. Unable to Forward."

Unfortunately, I tossed the envelope. There was no return address on it. It was postmarked on April 3 from Cincinnati, though.
