I sent to the address in the database , sent a photo, a nice letter and an envelope with postage and my address on. It is now 5 weeks on and I am still waiting for it.
Maybe I'm just unlucky

Sent this in the middle of February and got it back today 24th May 2014.
On the back of the envelope it says "sorry it's taken so long"
I think that's nice.

I sent my photo on 1st May 2014 and received it back today 14th May 2014 in my envelope I provided , personalised and placed in a plastic sleeve.
