Don't give up. You may catch him via venue while he is on tour. Some venues forward mail and some don't, so I would do some research and/or call and ask. Try to get your picture there a day or two early. I always add "hold for recipient" to my envelope. I sent to Tom a couple of weeks ago ...

I use Mailpix.com. Every Tuesday is $1 for 8x10 photos. They have very reasonable shipping costs, and they are affiliated with CVS pharmacy, and they give you an option to print there as well. I have never done that, though, I just have them shipped to me.

Returns are pretty hard to come by via the Arrow set. I sent to Amell, Manu Bennett, Caity Lotz, Emily Bett Rickards, and David Ramsey, and the only one I ever received back was Caity Lotz.

Last November, I sent an 8x10, SASE, and LOR to Daniel Craig using the London address in the database.
