It looks an awful lot like the signature on the top of his website (jerryseinfeld.com). But I've read some on here say his returns are secretarial, though I'm not sure...

In my opinion, there is no doubt that it is authentic.

Handwritten - it's more personable. Sometimes typed letters can give the wrong impression (i.e that you're a dealer).
