I sent a Blackhawks puck, deco silver paint pen, LOR, and SASE to Chris Chelios c/o Red Wings address on 10/23/13. Received it back signed on 12/2/13. Will post a pic when I can.

I should clarify one thing. The thicker paint pen that I have is a "Testors" brand pen. It is designated as a "Silver Enamel Paint Marker".
