This has been the proper contact address for quite some time....HOWEVER: His agent's office has been sending out those pre-printed signature photos for several years now, due to (no doubt) our beloved Mr. Sallis's Macular Degeneration.....and he is 92 years old, after all.... Back around 2001 > 2002...
