Lol im not arguing and agree in principle with what you're saying, and you can basically say that its legit and everyone can agree etc but on a technicality you can never be unequivically certain if you didnt witness it.

Unless you've sat and watched them sign it, you can't be 100%. You can be 99% sure, but there is always that potential, however small, and unlikely. But you can never say 100% as you weren't there. I send the pics in a hard backed C4 envelope, which is my SASE, which is inside a normal manila envelope just a bit bigger, to fit the hard backed one and my letter of request in.
