Looks like the change happened today. A post made on his official Facebook page tells about the website and how autograph requests will no longer be handled through his agency.

The USPS website sells a sheet of 20 1st Class UK stamps. Two of the 1st Class UK Stamps on a #10 business envelope should be enough for your SASE.
