salvatore giunta was recently awarded the medal of honor for his actions in the war on terror and i cant find his address. does anybody know it? any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Does anyone have contact information for Frank Lucas? I have been looking for his address for a while but haven't had any luck. He was a former heroine dealer in New York and he was depicted in the movie American Gangster. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
