I agree. Looks like he signs a stack of photos at one time and his office sends them out for auto requests.

on 6/7 I sent Ozzy LOR, SASE, Pro Set card. On 7/5 I got him back in a larger 6x9" envelope. Card returned unsigned with apx. 6x8" B&W photo signed by Oz. Looks legit, not 100% certain though.
