AUTOGRAPHS JARGON
Hello
Share your jargon here.
Just a quick question: When you send an envelope which is stamped and addressed to yourself so they can send it back, is this called an SASE in America? We called them SAE in UK (stamped addressed envelope)
thanks

Re: BEST BRITISH COMEDIES AND COMEDIANS!
I think last of the summer wine is one of the best comedies in british history and so is keeping up appearances. ?Are you related to anyone famous?
Hello Just thought you may like to tell everybody else if you are related to anybody well-known. I am related to Edward IV and the Throckmorton family who owned Coughton Court in the UK. I am also related to well-known novelist Roald Dahl, who wrote Matilda and Charlie and the Chocolate Factory. Sha...

Re: BEST BRITISH COMEDIES AND COMEDIANS!
Hi icena,
I love Only Fools and Horses and Fawlty Towers the most. I think David Jason is such a brilliant actor and he is so good at being different characters - eg his character as Del Boy in OFAH is different from Granville in Open All Hours and Pop Larkin in Darling Buds of May.
Thanks e'eryone!

Re: Homepages
Many users, yourself included, have their own websites for this. If, as I think you mean, you're suggesting each member have an individual thread on the forum this would get quickly out of hand and be difficult to maintain. There is a function on the forum to display all posts made by an individual...
