This may just be me, but it looks like he/she is not a native english speaker, and the reason his/her posts seem to be a little bit obsesive may be because he/she may be using a translator. Maybe the person really is obsessed with her, but it is my experience that translators often skew the message ...

If I recieve an autopen, pre-print or stamp I am less happy than if the celeb had authentically signed it, but I am not completely without hope that it is possible to get an authentic from them. I just try at a different address or venue and see if I can get an authentic some other way.

Time allowing, I would reply to everything myself. I definately would not disapoint hypothetical fans by sending out secretarials or pre-prints. Otherwise, I would sign multiples at one time and have people send them out, or I would just do them when I had time.
