can't say for sure , but it seems to match autopen examples on startiger

hate to tell you its an autopen..there are a dozen identicle signatures on Startiger ( up to and including the hearts ) also Spanky Taylor autopens everything so if it came from that address its not real...I've been stuck several times by Spank's clients

I recently got one as well...hate to say it but I think its a secretarial.I got one several years back with a shaky signature but the new ones seem sharp and crisp..hope I'm wrong, but it looks that way

I got the same photo in todays mail but signed in a different place..matches an IP I got last year...it appears to be real

his name was Tommy YOUNG not Younger...sad you write to someone and don't even know their name
