Re: Anyone successful by just sending a LOR?
When I first started autograph collecting, I didn't really understand that it was common to include a SASE. Most of my early successes were from just a LOR. It only took me a month or so to realize that I should be courteous and send them a SASE. I usually only include something for them to sign if ...

Re: Do You Prefer to Type or Handrwrite a LOR?
Like many others have said, I handwrite all of my letters. I actually have nice handwriting and I like to write them out. I believe it makes them more likely to reply because they know that you took the time to write to them. And I never keep a template or anything because I do not want any of my le...

IRCs
The Post Office by my house said that the USPS does not offer IRCs anymore. I send about half of my requests overseas, so I am not sure what to do in terms of SASE. Where can I purchase authentic Beatles autographs?
I have Ringo Starr, but I am looking to purchase autographs from the other three Beatles.
I've looked a bit on eBay, but I don't trust most of them.
Does anyone know of any legit websites that sell Beatles autographs?

Re: Ringo Starr purchased from eBay... is it real?
That's kind of what I was thinking at first too, but I was looking at other pictures of his autograph and I found this one: http://www.autographstore.com/fullsize_ ... 664225.JPG which I think looks pretty close to what I have.

Ringo Starr purchased from eBay... is it real?
I got this off of eBay recently because, unfortunately, my letter did not get to Ringo before he stopped signing TTM. The guy I bought it from said he got bought it from Frank Bank (Lumpy on Leave it to Beaver). http://img198.imageshack.us/img198/6229/ringol.jpg (If you click on it it gets giant and...
