check it out here but keep in mind they will all differ somewhat. If they are all the very same, they are usually autopen. Got the same thing, tried three times but it seems as if Dame Helen doesn't have time for her fans.

On the upside it seems like the real thing on the pictures her staff sends out. I also got a very nice letter from her Sec.
