I got the exact same thing back a few days ago. Although, they also sent an unsigned 8x10 from Temple of Doom, looks like its from the '80's

Your best bet is to catch him Via Venue, but he's a tough one to track down. There's not a permanent address where you'll get a success. Good luck!

I got the exact same thing a couple months back, I was thinking of sending a check for his autograph fee, see of that changes his mind. He's retired from conventions, so that would be the only way outside of purchasing from a dealer, as Nimoy won't even sign IP apparently.
