If you try to print photos at any store, they will normally refuse copyrighted images as you will be infringing on copyright. You can only print images if you own the copyright, or have permission from the copyright owner to do so. However, some stores may turn a blind eye to this. Keep trying until...

Its up to you whether you like to use matte or glossy paper. Use whichever finish you would like your photos to be. Personally, I like my photos printed on matte paper. You don't normally see fingerprints on the photo when handled but isn't as shiny as glossy paper. IMO, glossy photos look better bu...
