I looked and there is nothing posted for him in feedback but if I where you I would give his email, fanmail@michaelyork.net, a try (if you haven't already) and see if that works. Because then you wouldn't have to waste stamps just in case he doesn't write back.

I would also say go to the post office and just buy your own book of stamps because if you are to send a dollar bill everytime it would be cheaper to buy the stamps yourself sence it only cost 39-60 for each letter. I hope that makes sence.
