If you are in the US sending to the US I always put 63 cent stamps on my SASE and my envelope with letter and SASE I use a 39cent stamp. If you have a long letter that is over a few pages it might be 39 cent. I usuaully go when I have a bunch and have them weighed and it is just at the weight before...
