Re: Book signing etiquette

If people can get an author's entire 10-book output signed at once, something I saw a few weeks ago, I'm sure Chris Hoy will sign your Olympic program :) Good luck!

Re: how to display your autographs?!!!

I made a matte for my poster out of silver paper, then stuck both things in a poster frame. But a matte isn't made of paper...That's what you don't understand. (It's made of very stiff cardboard ISH material.) Oh, okay. I didn't understand the point of your "LOL." You're correct about the...

Re: how to display your autographs?!!!

Re: help with the Boston Bruins

If you live in Braintree, can you get to a game? There's an obvious place to get autographs afterwards at the arena, if you can get there.

Re: Isnt it Dangerous to send Money through the post?

I know this is old, but I sent away for one of my favorite soccer player's autograph and taped a bag with a Euro coin and a five-Euro note to the inside of the envelope.

Re: Anyone send to a celebrity more than once?

I had my favorite baseball player sign at least four cards through the mail, plus I met him three times and got autographs in person as well.

Does anyone else get 90% of their autographs in person?

See the post title. I have...250 or so autographs, I'd say, but most of them are in person. The only ones I've mailed away for on purpose are a German soccer player and my former favorite baseball player, who I sent about eight cards and he signed them all. I also got HIS autograph in person. I've m...

Re: Sending to Canada?

When did postage change? I mail letters to Canada frequently (though I get all my Canadian autographs IP, in both countries, unless it's something official and the celebrity/their handlers pay the postage) and I usually stick two US Forever stamps on the envelope. Oh thank goodness, the USPS website...
