Me too. I mean, Hurricane Katrina was enough and then comes Hurricane Rita. I try my best to donate to the relief efforts, but there's only so much we can do when it's a natural disaster. So, I kind of feel helpless about it.

Mostly, I save part of my allowance for autograph collecting. So when I need to buy envelopes & stamps, I use what I save.

Sometimes though, my parents reward me w/ their extra stamps, which is always appreciated!

As for frames, there are some nice, cheap ones in Wal-Mart or Michael's Arts & Crafts Store (esp. when it's on sale!)
