That's one of the insert cards from the Star Trek Trading Card set. It is really signed, but he wouldn't have met him to get it, and theyre going for hundreds of bucks on ebay. So he probably just grabbed a shot of it off someones auction and is messing with you. Either that or he's been buying star...
