Re: 1991 Wrestling Legends Card Set

One of my favorite sets, obviously from my blog entry above. I have the complete signed gold card set from the original release, all the basics of Bruno, Ivan, DeNucci, Race, Backlund, Koloff, Mil, Watts, and Rip Hawk and the "Kung Fu" Graham. Mil does not do TTM. A promoter based in NJ wi...

Re: Wrestling Collectors?

Got a return from Tito Santana today with a note say he charges $15 per autograph as its his only means of revenue. Used the salon address. Find it funny since him and his wife own the salon? Only source of revenue. It was hand written in pencil and "Tito" was printed, which did not match...

Re: Wrestling Collectors?

Yeah, I thought the same when I first got them and started to analyze them. I found that the Tito and Nash were spot on, but I definately had concerns about the Big Show, especially after just seeing the ones you got IP. After more research, I'm marking it down as authentic. I believe that the sig ...

Re: Wrestling Collectors?

The Tito looks legit. The Nash one looks similar to his sig. The Big Show one doesn't look right at all. I agree on all counts. Great Tito card to have signed. Probably the weirdest success I've ever seen. Weirder than when I sent Steve McMichael a photo of he and I and a football card that I just ...

Re: Wrestling Collectors?

I used the one in the database for Sammartino. I was just surprised when I opened it because I had heard he was a good signer. Bruno Sammartino 413 Goldsmith Rd Pittsburgh, PA 15237 USA That's the one. Bruno has never refused an autograph in his entire career, so I'm not really sure what happened t...

Re: Wrestling Collectors?

Has anyone had any recent successes with Bruno Sammartino? I got my pictures back unsigned and folded 6 days after sending them out. I was disappointed, it wasn't that big of a deal, I just wrote a nice letter and had heard he signed. Very unlike Bruno. Did you use the right address? I forgot to me...

Re: Wrestling Collectors?

Did yet another TNA show last night and to me they seem to be trying to change their ways just a bit. Autographs and the like didn't feel as relaxed as usual at those shows. Lying about the value of their merchandise didn't exactly endear me either. Their biggest "deal" of the night was a ...

Re: Wrestling Collectors?

Sorry to say that those Hogan's are 100% fake. He just does not sign through the mail.

Re: Jerry Lewis success?

I received this same odd signature on two photos about a week ago. Not sure what to think. Doesn't match what I got on some DVD covers a few years ago.

Re: Harley Race success

I received Harley back on Friday as well. He's an amazing person that I've been lucky enough to meet several times over the years. One of my top five favorite wrestlers of all-time and very generous to fans.
