Not true. The actors are given the choice to charge or sign for free, many actors sign for free. The convention organisers earn money from ticket sales and merchandiser setup fees.

The Hobbit is shooting this week. I went to a convention yesterday which is supposed to travel all around the Country and the 3 Hobbit actors pulled out of the next stop on the tour to go and shoot in NZ

I just attended a convention at the weekend where he was charging $40 per autograph!

This is really exciting to see as I sent him a couple of movie inserts back at the start of April. Congrats!

Sorry but in 95% of cases, his TTM's match TTM's from back in his Alias days. I highly doubt he was using a secretary back then. Barely anyone gave a crap about him in those days.
