Re: Martin Luther King- from a thrift store!

Great find! I remember reading about something very similar to this in Autograph Magazine a few years ago.

Re: Celebs who sell autographs?

Lee Meriwether charges (Cat woman), Mrs. Meriwether also signs TTM for free. I have an nice signed photo of her as Catwoman that cost me no more than the price of postage. Also, omgitscaro, do you think it might be better to list all the new additions to this ongoing list in order on your original ...

Re: movie tickets

I have a good amount of movie tickets, but I would never send them out to be signed. I remember reading about how the new ways of printing tickets cause the tickets to fade over time.

Re: I found a little gem the other day

Wow! Congratulations! I love "The Blue Lagoon". I would have loved to have written her around the time it came out. Could you post pictures of the two postcards?
Also, at that time I know that autograph collecting TTM was not nearly as big as it is now. How did you find an address?

Thanks for sharing these interesting pieces of your collection with us! I love "Tommy Boy"; I quote it all the time. Were you looking directly for something like this, or did you just browse movie memorabilia and happen to come across it?

Congratulations on receiving your Joan Fontaine autograph. I like the list you have of pending requests. It seems we have a mutual interest in classic movies. I hope I am mistaken in thinking that at one time Ms. Fontaine employed a secretary. I think there have been a few arguments about it here.

Re: Anyone collect specific celebrities auto more than once?

I usually send only 2-3 items in one autograph TTM request. However, I have no problem resending to the celebrity after 6 months.

Re: Autographs from the deceased

For example I have been offered 2 thousand for my John Lennon autograph but I will never part with it.
Wow! A John Lennon autograph. Did you obtain it in person? I don't blame you for never wanting to part with it for any sum of money.
