Postage is about $12.75 from memory.

What stamp denominations would you recommend?

Also are you able to get customs forms for SASE items headed back to Australia?

I live in Australia, I have the forever stanps to cover postage, but do I need to put anything else on SASE?

Somebody mentioned I may need a customs form on the SASE.
