I may be wrong, but as far as I know this movie is still in early pre-production which usually means that no production office is set up. They just started casting the principal actors. So I would say, the address you most likely have found is the production company.

To find out which city they're filming is usually not so hart - Google - you have to try combination of the movie title and stuff like filming location, city, ... and you usually don't find your answer on the first page, sometimes you need to go till page 7 or even 10. They're not filming. The production status is unknown, meaning that they don't know if or when the film will be done. Usually lack of money or scheduling difficulties are the reason for such stuff.

This movie production is currently on hold and no new production start is set yet.
