These are open air festivals as far as I know and I pretty much doubt they will have a mail box set up for fanmail. Under Impressium http://www.rock-im-park.com/impressum you can find addresses and email addresses, I guess the best thing is to send an email and ask.

I was told the same. For me it sounded like all the fanmail will go directly to the trash bin.

imdb.pro is usually only listing the production company and seldom any Prod. Offices. My suggestion is let you give the phone number of this production company and call them. Email writting is useless, they won't reply in 95% of these cases.
