If you have put no stamp on the[/color][/b] OUTER envelope, than unfortunately it wont arrive there. :neutral: That is not always true. I sent a letter and a SAE to a celeb,and they sent back my SAE, with and autographed photo in it, and they didn't put a stamp on it, but I still received it.

I sent mine in early december and haven't got a reply yet. I sent another one yesterday, hopefully he will reply that.

I don't think he will reply the first one because I sent a SAE and IRC, not a SASE.

I send:
1 IRC for a standard size envelope and a 6 by 8 envelope
2 IRC for an 8 by 10

I've never had to send anything bigger then that.
