I'm pretty sure it is a preprint. I got an authentic of the same photo personalized to me from her last year but most of the time she sends out preprints.

Looks like Harry is no longer signing. Hope that doesn't mean he is in bad health but he is 96 now. Sent 4/29 Photo and TV Guide, received them back 5/7 unsigned with no explanation.
