IE has never been an alternative for me because
I use Linux OpenSuSE on my notebook, so there is no IE

I personally use PhotoShop Elements 2.0 which is a downgraded version of PhotoShop (it is not for free, or at least it was not for free when I bought it many years ago :lol: ). If you are looking for a free one I could also recommend GIMP . I used it sometimes too and it was quite similar to PhotoSh...
