What could replace the actual TM system? As cernan already said, go back to the way the site was before the TM/JM system. Simply eyeball good and productive members. The site used to get by fine without all the trainee moderators, so I don't see why it would be a great loss to lose the entire syste...

Even if you cant read the address, it still got to your mailbox right? Just put it back in your mailbox and mark it "Not at this address." Or take it up to your post office and explain what happened, and they should send it to the right address

Well, the successes I've seen come from the Rocca Bella address. I don't think I've seen one from the other.
