I didn't see "November," but waited outside the theatre afterward and Nathan never came out. Others told me that he doesn't come out and sign, which rare on Broadway. I also wonder how he gets out of the theatre as there seems to be only one way out. One person said he leaves right away, ...

Playbills are just about 98% NEVER PP, unless you are requesting someone really famous (like if Madonna or Antonio Banderas were to return to Broadway) then maybe, there's a slight chance it could be PP.
