Re: IRC help!
Is it alright to send American dollars to other countries, or does that seem ethnocentric? DDD: Yeh, it's ok. Nobody has minded that I have sent to yet. Some have even waited until they went to the US and sent it there; and of course making a little extra money! lol. I sent $5 for an item that cost...

Re: IRC help!
I always try to explain in my letters that IRC's aren't available at my post office, include a SAE, and usually a couple dollars, depending on where it's to. Yeh, forgot to mention that. That's good advice. I do the same. otherwise, they probably would be wondering why the heck you sent money! :) C...

Re: IRC help!
Yep, I always put in a couple US dollars and have had no problem getting responses. IRC's are too hard to get. My Post Office seems very confused when I asked for IRC's. Not a good sign. Every P.O. has a different reason/story of why they don't have any and most don't stock them anymore. Hope our su...

Mod Trainee a new thing? probably just working out all the kinks. Seems everytime there is something new, something doesn't work quite right at first. Be patient, I'm sure admin will fix soon. Good luck to both of you.

C'mon now, we're just having fun here. No need for warnings. I don't think miley was offended and if so, I apologize. Me personally, I welcome anyone to make fun of my posts - it's all in good fun and we are all friends here.

Re: Fan Packs/Athletes
The KC Chiefs send out a good one - I got a team photo and 5x7 pic of Tony Gonzalez and Tamba Hali (which I promptly sent back for autographs - nothing yet ). The Colts also sent an 8x10 team photo which I sent back and got Tony Dungy to autograph it.

Re: Has anyone ever?
o.k., let's see here. I have gotten Mike Furrey from the Lions. (butters, what address were sending to?). I have seen an offensive lineman from the Saints, but I can't remember who (OL's sign well as they do not get as much fanmail). '07 rookies - Kevin Kolb c/o Eagles. '06 rookies - Chad Greenway c...

Re: Chad Johnson
I haven't seen any success yet, but it's definately worth a shot. I'm going to try him soon via the Bengals address. I'll let you know if I get anything.
